Driven by her commitment to human resource empowerment, Ms. Vijay Shree established Metaacogz World as a platform to promote ethical workplace practices, professional skill development, and social awareness. Through initiatives such as POSH advisory and counselling, corporate trainings, POCSO awareness programs, mental health counselling, and NGO-led social initiatives, she has been instrumental in helping organizations strengthen their culture while empowering individuals to achieve both personal and professional excellence.
